Venison Processing Information:
Please have all meat cleaned and de-boned (DO NOT GRIND & MEAT SHOULD BE IN FIST SIZE PIECES.) If your meat is frozen please do not thaw.  We will not process anything that does not meet our standards and WE WILL NOT ACCEPT MEAT WITH HAIR IN IT.
There is a 15 pound minimum required. REMEMBER the better the quality of meat, the better the finished product will be. NO VENISON OR SMOKED MEAT WILL BE ACCEPTED TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO ANY HOLIDAY.
A STORAGE FEE WILL BE ADDED FOR ANY ORDERS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.
